FAQ’s

Are there minimum order quantities?

There are no minimums on Flavor Depot products. We offer the following pack sizes:

Liquid Flavors:

  • 8 oz. Twin Neck Bottle
  • 32 oz. Twin Neck Bottle
  • 64 oz. Twin Neck Bottle
  • 128 oz. Bottle

Powder Flavors:

  • 1.0 lbs.
  • 5.0 lbs.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped via UPS and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. If you prefer a different shipping method please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I obtain samples?

Flavor Depot does not offer samples, however will be able to offer a credit towards another Flavor Depot product for first time orders on an 8 oz. or 1 lb. pack size per flavor if the flavor does not work for you. Flavor Depot does not offer refunds or credits on pack sizes larger than 8 oz. or 1 lb. or second time purchases of the smallest pack size.

What is the shelf life of Flavor Depot flavors?

When stored in a dry, clean environment at a normal room temperature of 68°-77°F / 20°-25°C, the shelf life will be as stated on the label. Avoid high humidity, direct heat and sunlight when storing. Any special storage conditions will be listed on the flavor’s label and spec sheet.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We strive to process all orders in a timely manner. Orders will be processed with in 24-48 hours.  A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent when the order is set up for shipment. Shipping lead time for orders is 10-15 business days.

 

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Due to quick processing, we would need to be notified of any changes within business hours of the day the order was placed. Please notify sales@flavordepot.com of any order discrepancies.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Our team is currently working to expand and ship worldwide.
